ProjectControl is a time tracker designed to help you cut costs and increase productivity through information management. It was built to run in Autodesk’s AutoCAD®, Revit® and Inventor®, including their verticals and in OFCDesk IDC®.
On its interface you find organized information about your clients’ accounts, including projects, tasks, and the team pros involved in each of them, even when far from the office. The initial screen shows summaries of all information using a straight-to-the-point approach, but you can also navigate through the interface in few clicks to get additional information and then print or export what you need.
How it works
Before working on a task, drafters need to login. This ensures that precise information on the development of projects from the drafters’ activities are compiled into reports for tight control on clients’ accounts development. With idle time control, no coffee breaks get computed. Having this level of control allows you to deliver swifter and cost-effective results to your clients.

How does it work?
ProjectControl uses a technology called ObjectARX Reactors. It means that when users start editing a drawing, the program reacts by asking them to sign in and to inform in which account that “editing session” should be computed.
Every conceivable piece of information from a CAD session is referred to a central server. At any time and from any place you can access this information and create comprehensive reports with the username, the time spent, the task type and lots of other customizable information, such as the square-feet, the number of employees involved, and so on.
